What a Day!

Jenn got admitted to the hospital today around noon and will be induced later tonight so it looks like I will have a nephew born tomorrow on St. Patty's Day! I feel like I should buy him a new green outfit to celebrate! We have our home inspection on the house tomorrow so hopefully the little guy will not come too long before I can get over to see him! I'm so excited for Marc, Jenn and Gavin and of course we get a new nephew and cousin so we are thrilled!!

Everything with the house is going well except for my previous home loan lady being rather rude to me, but all is well, we got a better rate and better closing costs so no money that we have to pay out of pocket. I'm just hanging on, crossing my fingers that all goes as planned and USDA doesn't run out of funds before we are able to secure our loan. Several financial institutions are already turning people away so we shall see! Fingers crossed that we get our beautiful house! Oh I love it! It is beautiful with hardwoods, granite, tile, and a gorgeous lot. Not to mention our realtor, who is also a good friend, was able to get a flat screen tv, a playset, a huge L-shaped couch and dining room set all thrown in! Hip Hip Hooray! Gabby calls it the dollhouse because the little girl still had her RoseCottage tent in the bonus room that Gabby got to play with while she was there. It was her favorite house as well!

Today is a GREAT day! Can't wait to see little Colin!
