Most of you know this but for those who don't, here goes. Guatemalan adoptions have ceased and those cases that have been grandfathered in will finish. It makes me so sad for those families that were wanting a child in Guatemala and like us had thought of adopting again someday. I cannot imagine my life without Gabriella and definately feel sad for those finishing up, desperately wanting their babies home.
One website Rob and I really like is Guatadopt.com a wealth of knowledge for those interested in Guatemalan adoption processes.
So say a prayer for those sweet little faces that for now, will not find a home in the U.S. I pray this changes soon.
